By this application, the applicant has sought condonation of delay of 90 days in challenging the impugned judgment and award dated 01.08.2018 passed in MACP No. 250/2012. In view of the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. 3.

Application stands disposed of.

Appeal be registered after removing office objection, if any.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that First Appeal No. 145/2020 arising from the same accident, has been admitted. He states that the only limited question raised is whether the major brother/sister is entitled for compensation under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act. He states that the matter is now settled and the issue is resolved by the judgment of the Apex Court.

Considering the narrow controversy involved in both the appeals, this appeal be tagged with First Appeal No. 145/2020 and the same be listed for final hearing.
