DATED : APRIL 5, 2017 By these applications, it is prayed that condition of attending Investigating Officer on every alternate day imposed upon applicants while releasing them on bail vide common order dated 20/12/2016 be relaxed as in compliance to the said order, applicants have attended the Investigating Officer.
Shri Mirza, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that investigation is still in progress. It is further submitted that condition imposed upon applicants may be relaxed by directing applicants to attend Investigating Officer weekly.
The common order dated 20/12/2016 reveals that applicants were directed to attend

In that view of the matter, same is modified as per order below : Applicants shall attend Investigating Officer on 15th day of each month between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and as and when required till filing of charge-sheet. The criminal applications stand disposed of.
