DATE : 24.11.2016 The learned Counsel for the petitioner has tendered a Pursis in the Court today. The same is accepted on record. It is stated in the Pursis that the petitioner is desirous of challenging the action of the respondent in the Debts Recovery Tribunal under Section 17 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. It is stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition. The learned Counsel states that the ad interim relief granted by this Court on 27.3.2012 may be continued for four weeks.
In view of the statements recorded herein above, the writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. The ad interim relief to continue for four weeks only.
Order accordingly.
