20th April, 2017 This is an application made by the petitioner for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.70,000-00.

Though the matter has been adjourned time and again so as to enable Shri H.A. Deshpande, learned counsel for respondent no.1, to remain present, he has chosen to remain absent.

On perusal of the order-sheets, we find that the amount has been directed to be deposited under the orders of this Court and finding that the petitioner is entitled to receive the same, the petitioner is permitted

to withdraw the amount of Rs. 70,000-00 [rupees seventy thousand only] deposited in this Court. In that view of the matter, Civil Application is disposed of.
