DATE : 20.3.2015 There is apparent typographical error in the order dated 17th March, 2015. On page 2 of the order paragraph no.2 shall be substituted by the following paragraph.

"The prayer for interim stay to the directions given by the Tribunal directing the reinstatement of the respondent no.1 is rejected, however, the directions given by the Tribunal regarding the payment of arrears of salary are stayed till the decision of the writ petition." The civil application is allowed.
