The proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 though served have not entered appearance in the matter. There is a delay of around 7 months and 8 days in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4 on record. It is stated in the application that the petitioner was not aware about the demise of respondent No.4 and came to know about the same only when notice issued to respondent No.4 was returned back with an endorsement that, she is no more.
