Civil Application (F) No.1214/2017:

This is an application preferred by respondent Nos.1 to 4 the original claimant for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court. On the count that the amount is required for the maintenance of the respondent and even the marriage of respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Learned counsel for appellant has no objection to permit withdrawal of 50% of the amount subject to furnishing usual undertaking.

In view thereof, the application is partly allowed. Respondent Nos.1 to 4 the original claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation deposited in the Court subject to

caf2257.16.O.odt 2 condition of filing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

Civil Application (F) No.2258/2016:

The appellant has deposited the entire amount of compensation in the Court. The order of ad interim stay granted on 18.07.2016 is confirmed till the decision of the appeal. The application is disposed of. On the request of the learned counsel for appellant two weeks time is granted for furnishing address of respondent No.6 for service of notice. Stand over to 14.07.2017.
