By this Criminal Application, the applicants seek the quashing and setting aside of the charge-sheet registered against them for the offences punishable under sections 294, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears on hearing the learned counsel for the parties that three prosecution witnesses have been examined and the cause of filing this Criminal Application has rendered infructous.

Hence, we dispose of the Criminal Application. Order accordingly.
