This is an application filed on behalf of the applicant seeking extension of time to vacate the suit premises. By judgment and order dated 22.01.2018, while disposing of the civil revision application, this Court had confirmed the decree of eviction against the applicant and he was granted time to vacate the suit premises by the end of June, 2018 on filing an undertaking within a period of four weeks from the date of the said order.

I have perused the present application, but, I am not convinced that any ground for extension of time is made out. Hence the prayer for grant of extension of time to vacate the suit premises is rejected and the alternative prayer of grant of further time to file an undertaking in terms of the order dated 22.01.2018 is granted. Let such an undertaking be filed within a period of four weeks from today.
