The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 33/2021 registered with Police Station Gadchiroli, District Gadchiroli for offences punishable under Sections 307, 323, 143, 147, 148, 149 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/25 of the Arms Act.

Perusal of the report reveals, that there is no specific overt role attributed to the applicant - woman. 4.

According to the informant, the incident occurred when he was informed that some people have

aba203.21.O.odt taken forcible possession of his house. The applicant accompanied by one Shrinivas went to the spot and confronted the group of persons who were present at the house. The next allegation is that during the course of the confrontation the applicant was assaulted by co-accused Imran Pathan and one bearded person.

In view of the limited role attributed to the applicant - woman, the interim pre-arrest protection granted vide order dated 25.3.2021 is made absolute with the only modification that till the filing of the chargesheet, the applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required by the Investigating Officer.
