We have once again examined the petition with the relief sought therein and we continue with the opinion which we had yesterday, that since the grievance raised by the petitioner would involve various disputed questions of fact and therefore, we are not inclined to exercise our power under the writ jurisdiction to entertain such a grievance and grant the relief permitting the petitioner to draw water from the pits from Survey No.2 of village Saoli (BK), TahsilKaranja, District-Wardha. The petition is, therefore, dismissed.
