DATE : 23/06/2022 In this application, on 04/05/2022, this Court appointed Mr.D.K.Balpande, Retired Superintending Engineer, Public Works Department as a sole Arbitrator with the consent of the parties. The Registry of this Court was directed to issue a letter of request to the proposed Arbitrator for submission of the consent and the disclosure statement.

The Registry has reported that the proposed Arbitrator has signed the letter of consent and disclosure statement on 23/05/2022, which is placed on record.

In view of the above, the application is disposed of by appointing the aforesaid Mr.D.K.Balpande, as a sole Arbitrator.
