Heard Shri H.R. Dhumale, A.G.P. for the petitioners and Shri R.G.Kavimandan, advocate h/f. Ms Mrunal Bandebuche, advocate who represented the respondent No.9.

The learned A.G.P. has pointed out that the legal representatives of the respondent Nos. 4 and 7 are permitted to be brought on the record by the order dated 12th June, 2014 and therefore, the present applications are pressed only for the respondent No.9.

As the applications are not opposed inasmuch as reply is not filed, accepting the reasons stated in the applications, the delay in filing the application for bringing legal representatives of the respondent No.9 on record is

2 wp3876.08 condoned, the abatement is set aside and the petitioners are permitted to implead the legal representatives of the respondent No.9, whose details are given in paragraph 5 of Civil Application No. 1116 of 2016.

The Civil Applications are allowed accordingly. Shri R.G.Kavimandan, advocate h/f. Ms Mrunal Bandebuche, advocate waives notice for the legal representatives of the respondent No.9.

After the necessary compliance, the petition be listed in hearing parties board.
