Kulkarni, learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that insofar as the bank guarantee that was furnished to the respondent No.5 is concerned, steps have been taken to renew the same since it is to expire on 31/03/2023. He submits that by 28/03/2023 the said bank guarantee would be renewed and copy thereof would be furnished to the counsel for respondent No.5.

Accepting that statement, prayer clause (i) in Civil Application stands granted.

Civil Application is disposed of.
