WRIT PETITION NO.5585/2007 Shri O.Y.Kashid, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of Government Resolution dated 01.04.2015 by which the services of 26 daily wagers have been regularized which list includes the name of the original petitioner. He submits that the petitioners are entitled for relief as claimed.
