It appears that during the pendency of this writ petition, an agreement is executed between the respondent - Western Coalfields Limited and the other land holders, whose land was also acquired by the same notification and the Western Coalfields Limited has decided to grant compensation to the said land holders as per the Government Resolution dated 22-8-2012. It is stated that the respondent - Western Coalfields Limited would execute similar agreement in favour of the petitioners also.

By accepting the statement made by the learned counsel for the Western Coalfields Limited which would be binding on the Western Coalfields Limited, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the Western Coalfields Limited to execute the agreement and pay the benefits flowing from the Government Resolution dated 22-8-2012 to .....2/-
