In compliance to the order dated 13th February 2023, the learned APP has filed an affidavit of Tahsildar, Hingna, Nagpur. The same is taken on record.

This Court, while dismissing the application seeking anticipatory bail, had imposed exemplary costs of Rs. 5000/- on the applicant vide order dated 19.01.2021 in Criminal ABA No. 18/2021. The applicant has not deposited the costs and therefore the Registry made correspondence with the Collector for recovery of the amount. 3.
The learned APP submit that the applicant is not traceable and that he neither possesses immovable nor movable property. Despite this, hectic efforts are being made to recover the amount. He further submits that the proceedings before the trial court are also held up for absence of the applicant. He further submits that the proclamation proceedings have been filed against the applicant, before the trial court
APPP.432.23 and assured on behalf of the revenue authorities that all possible efforts would be taken to recover the amount expeditiously. 4.
In view of the above, the order dated 13.02.2023 stands recalled to the extent of direction issued to the Collector, Nagpur to file report as to what steps have been taken against the Tahsildlar, Hingna and Circle Officer Wanadongri for not discharging duties assigned to them. The application is disposed of in above terms. 5.
The Registry of this Court shall pursue the matter for recovery of the amount in accordance with relevant Rules. List after summer vacation, 2023.
