There is an apparent mistake in the order passed on 12th August, 2016. The interim order should have been in terms of prayer clause (d) instead of prayer clause (b). The mistake be corrected so that the sentence reads as follows: "There shall be ad-interim order in terms of prayer clause (d) till the decision of the petition."

Civil application is allowed accordingly. No costs. JUDGE Tambaskar.
