Considering the nature of order proposed to be passed, service on respondent No.2 is dispensed with. Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for the respondent No.1. The petitioner claims that her date of birth is 22/12/1974. However, in her service book the same has been shown as 08/01/1971. The petitioner has moved an application/proposal for correction of the said date of birth on 20/05/2022. Since the Education Officer (Secondary) has not decided the same, this writ petition has been filed. Considering the fact that the said proposal is pending from 23/05/2022, it is directed that the Education Officer (Secondary) shall take a decision on the said proposal within a period of six weeks from communication of this order. The Education Officer (Secondary) shall call for necessary documents from the respondent No.2 where the petitioner is
