Shri Potbhare, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that it is informed to the petitioner by the Project Officer vide the communication dated 05.02.2014 that the proposal of the petitioner for grant of amount is not to be found in the office of the Project Officer. It is stated that in view of the aforesaid communication, the petitioner is desirous of submitting a fresh proposal to the Project Officer. The learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition in the aforesaid background.
