Both the courts below have refused to grant temporary injunction restraining the Municipal Corporation, Akola from demolishing the temporary structure separately raised by the petitioners.

A perusal of the notice dated 4.12.2014 shows that the alleged encroachment is on railway station road and in spite of demand, the documents of sanction have not been produced. In view of this, I do not find any reason to interfere in the order impugned. Hence, all the petitions are dismissed. JUDGE Gulande
