DATE : JUNE 09, 2015 Prayer in the application is to vacate the order of status-quo. The record indicates that on 01/11/2012, this Court after hearing learned counsel directed the parties to maintain status-quo during pendency of the writ petition. Subsequent order dated 08/04/2013 also records that the interim order is confirmed after noting presence of all learned counsel. Hence prayer for vacating the order of status-quo on the ground that it was passed without hearing counsel for respondent No.1 cannot be accepted. Application is therefore rejected.
