In this view of the matter and for the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the application deserves to be allowed in terms of prayer Clause-1 which reads thus: "1. Allow the application and grant permission to the respondent No.1/claimant to withdraw the balance amount pending before the registry of this Hon'ble court along with interest."

Accrued interest thereon, if any is also permitted to be withdrawn.
