Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the first appeal was settled in the National Lok Adalat on 11.12.2021 on the terms and condition that the respondent No. 2 Insurance Company pay Rs. 1,25,000/- to the appellant and the said amount has been deposited by the respondent No. 2. 3.

In view of above, application stands allowed and disposed of in terms of prayer clause.
