Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has filed this application for withdrawal of amount in favour of the legal heirs of the deceased respondent No.1.

The matter is settled between the parties in Lok-Adalat. After settlement, the original claimant died and the applicant has filed this application to disburse the amount in the name of the legal heirs of respondent No.1. Death certificate of the respondent No.1/claimant is filed on record. As all the claimants have stated that the amount be released in the name Prity

2 / 2 22. caf706.2023 and in the account of their mother i.e. Devakabai Shridhar Rathod, permission is granted to bring the legal representatives of the deceased claimant on record. After bringing legal representatives on record, the Registry is directed to disburse the amount in the name of Devakabai Shridhar Rathod, the power of attorney holder of the legal heir of the deceased respondent No.1.

The civil application stands disposed of.
