DATE : AUGUST 19, 2015 This application is moved by the claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the present appellant with the Labour Court, Akola. Reasons for seeking withdrawal are mentioned in paragraphs 3 and 4 of the application.

The application is opposed by the learned counsel for the appellant by relying upon the defence taken before the trial Court. Considering the facts of the case, the applicants are permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.2 lacs subject to furnishing solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Labour Court, Akola.

Civil application is disposed of.
