By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to travel abroad, as he intends to visit his daughter's place at USA. By way of additional affidavit, the applicant has also furnished his details as to the traveling and returning back to India. He has also placed on record the address of his daughter along with the application as well as air tickets.

The said application, though strongly opposed by the learned APP, she submitted that only one condition needs to be imposed that after returning back, he shall attend the concerned police as directed by this Court while releasing him on bail.

After hearing both sides and on perusal of the record, it reveals that the applicant is intending to visit the USA to meet his daughter and son-in-law, who both were working in the USA.

Considering the reasons mentioned in the application and the details furnished along with the detailed program of travelling, the application deserves to be allowed by imposing certain conditions. In view of that, I proceed to pass the following order:

a] The application is allowed.

b] The applicant is permitted to travel for a period from 06/06/2025 to 03/08/2025.

c] The applicant shall furnish the two names of his relatives who are residing in India, along with their address and address proof.

d] The applicant shall also furnish his cellphone number, which he is using while his stay in the USA.

e] The applicant, after returning, shall attend the concerned police station, i.e. Shirazgaon, District Amravati, and inform about his arrival in India before the police officer of the concerned police station about his arrival on 11/08/2025.

The application is disposed of with the above said conditions.
