For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the appeal is yet to be registered, without issuing notice to the nonapplicants, the delay in filing the application against the order passed by the learned Registrar is condoned. Civil application is allowed. Misc. C.A. St. No.5522/2014 For the reasons stated in the application and the fact that the order passed by the learned Registrar refusing registration for not removing office objection is under challenge, without issuing notice to the non-applicants, the misc. civil application is allowed. The order passed by the learned Registrar on 9th July, 2013 refusing registration is set aside on the condition that the applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks failing which these orders shall stand recalled and the order passed by the learned Registrar on 9th July, 2013 shall stand restored.
