The Registry has taken steps as per the order dated 13/02/2018 and have sought disclosure from the proposed learned arbitrator.

The disclosure is received from the proposed learned Arbitrator. There is no impediment in appointing Shri M.N. Gilani, former Judge of this Court as the Arbitrator, to resolve the dispute between the parties. Hence, the following order is passed:-

O R D E R

a) Shri M.N. Gilani, former Judge of this Court is appointed as Arbitrator to resolve the dispute between the parties.

2 mca282.2017.odt b) The applicant shall deposit Rs. 5,000/- towards process charges within two weeks.

c) In addition, the applicant as well as the non-applicants shall deposit Rs. 25,000/- each with the Registry of this Court towards security deposit.

The application is allowed in the above terms. In the circumstances, the parties to bear their own costs.
