The challenge in the petition to the order dated 23.1.2018 passed by the Scheduled Tribes Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati is not pressed. 3.

The petition stands dismissed as not pressed. CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2165 OF 2024 Through this amendment application, it is claimed that the representation moved by the petitioner is based on the policy of the State Government reflected in Government Resolutions dated 21.12.2019 and 14.12.2022.

It is the contention of the petitioner that in view of aforesaid Government Resolutions, her services be considered on a supernumerary post.

In this background, we direct the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati to deal with the representation preferred by the petitioner on 11.8.2024, receipt of which is acknowledged on 12.8.2024, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six weeks from the production of this order. 4.

The civil application stands disposed of.
