Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. None for the respondents though served. 3.

Shri Chandurkar, learned Counsel for the applicants points out that there is a delay of 16 months for bringing legal representatives on record

21 sa 493-2013.odt and setting aside abatement. He has drawn attention of this Court to paragraph Nos. 1 and 2 of the application and submits that sufficient cause has been shown by the applicants for condoning the delay. 4.

Though this application is pending since 2014, nobody has filed reply opposing the application.

In that view of the matter and as the applicants have shown sufficient cause, the application for condonation of delay is allowed. The delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives on record and setting aside abatement is condoned.

248/2014 For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Amendment be carried out within two weeks.
