DATED : 30 MARCH, 2016 CAW NO. 1954/2015 :
Heard.
It is true that the application does not give any specific reason for the delay occurred in this case. What is stated in the application is that two days' delay is not intentional or deliberate.
Nevertheless, considering what has been submitted orally on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners could not contact the learned Counsel for bona fide reasons earlier, and also the fact that the delay is of two days, I am of the view that not much inconvenience would be caused to the respondents and, therefore, the application deserves to be allowed. The application is allowed.
3003wp2504.14.odt 2/2 Delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- to the proposed legal representatives of respondent No.5 within two weeks from the date of the order.
CAW NO. 1955/2015 :
Heard.
For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Legal representatives of respondent No.5 be brought on record within two weeks from the date of the order.
C. A. stands disposed of.
