While disposing of Writ Petition No.4324 of 2019, the petitioners being the legal heirs of the deceased-employee were permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.19,28,969/- with accrued interest. By this application, applicant No.1, who is the widow of the employee, seeks leave to withdraw the entire amount in view of the fact that applicant No.2-her son has given no objection to such withdrawal.

02] Subject to applicant No.1 submitting an Indemnity Bond stating therein that if any claim is made by applicant No.2 in future, she would satisfy the same, applicant No.1 is permitted to withdraw the entire amount in terms of the order dated 30/11/2022.
