Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing. 2.

The petitioner Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (M.S.R.T.C.) is assailing the order dated 11.10.2019 rendered by the learned Industrial Court, Yavatmal in Complaint (ULP) 70 of 2019 whereby the order dated 01.08.2019 transferring the respondent employee from Pandharkawda

Judgment 15 WP 378.2022.odt to Umarkhed, is stayed till the final disposal of the complaint. The order impugned dated 11.10.2019 is challenged in March 2020, and the petition is listed for the first time in February, 2022.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner M.S.R.T.C. has placed on record the praecipe dated 24.01.2022 along with the judgment dated 23.02.2022 rendered by this Court ( V.M. Deshpande, J.) in Writ Petition 2389 of 2019 and the submission is that similar order may be passed in this petition.

Even otherwise, considering that the interim order in favour of the employee is operating since more than two years, I do not find any propriety in considering the challenge thereto, on merits. 5.

While I am not interfering with the interim order impugned, learned Member, Industrial Court, Yavatmal is requested to decide Complaint (ULP) No.70 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. 6.

The Registrar (Judicial) is requested to forward a copy of this order to the learned Industrial Court, Yavatmal within the next seven days. 7.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
