Both the learned counsel state that there is a possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute and request that the hearing be adjourned.

Civil Application (CAS) No.553/2019 In Second Appeal No.265/2019:

This Court was inclined to formulate the substantial questions of law and to admit the appeal for final hearing.

2] However, the learned counsel for the respondent Shri R.L. Khapre opposed the admission of the appeal on the ground that the landlord is litigating since last many years. 3] On 23.08.2019 both the learned counsel agreed for immediate final hearing.

4] In this view of the matter, the appeal came to be listed today for disposal at the admission stage. 5] However, today a statement is made that there is a possibility of an amicable settlement of the dispute.

7] This application is therefore, allowed.
