DATED : 03/05/2018 As registration of the first appeal was refused for not paying the Court fee, without issuing notice to the respondents and accepting the explanation given in the application, the order passed by the learned Registrar (J.) on 27/02/2018 is set aside.

The learned advocate for the appellant states that the Court fee is deposited/paid.

The first appeal is restored.

The miscellaneous civil application is allowed accordingly.

C.A.F. (St.) No. 24345/2017 Considering the facts of the case, the execution of the impugned award is stayed until further orders, however, on condition that the appellant deposits the entire amount as per the impugned award with the Registry of this Court till 16/07/2018.

If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, this interim order shall cease to operate from 17/07/2018 and the claimants will be at liberty to proceed with the execution.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms.
