By this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks execution and implementation of the judgment and decree dated 30.11.1993 passed by the Civil Court in Civil Suit No.2377/1991.

The petitioner has effective and alternate remedy of filing execution proceedings. Hence, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed.
