This is an application filed on behalf of applicant/respondent No.1 for withdrawal of the amount deposited before the Trial Court.

Learned counsel Shri Y.B. Mandpe for applicant/respondent No.1 and Adv. Mrs. Chaube h/f learned counsel Mrs. A.A. Joshi for the appellant make a solemn statement before this Court that the first appeal was listed before the National Lok Adalat on 10.2.2018 and settlement arrived between the parties and the appeal was disposed of in the National Lok Adalat. 3.

In that view of the matter, the amount which is deposited by the appellant before the Trial Court be permitted to be withdrawn.

Since the compromise is taken place before the National Lok Adalat on 10.2.2018 and the appeal is disposed of, .....2/-

caf941.18 7 applicant/respondent No.1 is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant before learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Achalpur in Land Acquisition Petition No.13/2010 along with interest accrued thereon.

With this, the civil application and the first appeal stand disposed of accordingly.
