Looking to the nature of controversy, we have full sympathy for the petitioner, who had invested Rs.14 lakhs out of his retiral benefits and is unable to get back anything. It is seen from the record that the properties in question have been under attachment and, therefore, the only course left open for the petitioner is to move appropriate Court/ Tribunal/Authority according to law. We are unable to entertain the criminal writ petition. The criminal
