This is an application for grant of bail.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant to some extent. Perused the investigation papers from the investigation papers it reveals that a Police Constable, who is the applicant is involved in a crime of kidnapping and demand of money i.e. extortion amount and I have shown my disinclination to grant bail.

The learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the same.
