The applicants-appellants have sought to condone the delay of 179 days in filing the application for restoration and have also prayed to restore the first appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the prescribed time. The learned Counsel for the applicants states that the office objections will be removed within two weeks In view of the said statement and the reasons stated in the applications, the delay is condoned. The appeal be restored subject to removal of the office objections.

The applications stand disposed of.
