Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State agreed that audio and visual quality was proper. 2.
Applicant/appellant - Anand Prakash Aadtani, who is undergoing life imprisonment sentence, has sent a letter to the Registrar of this Court through the Superintendent of Nagpur Central Prison for grant of conditional bail. The said is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-X for purposes of identification. Initially, the appeal was filed by his private Advocates. It appears that they were discharged and Advocate Shri M.N.Ali was appointed as amicus in this matter, however vide order dated 8.1.2021 the Advocate was discharged.

apeal445.16 7 consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri T.A.Mirza for the State submitted that Jailer of the Nagpur Central Prison, Shri Amol Wankhede, is personally present in the Court hall. He submitted that Shri Wankhede has instructed him to make a statement before this Court that on 5.6.2021 applicant - Anand Prakash Aadtani is released from the Nagpur Central Prison on emergency parole for a period of 45 days.

Thus the prayer made in the letter Exhibit-X for releasing the applicant on temporary bail has rendered infructuous presently. Therefore, the application stands disposed of accordingly.
