DATED : JANUARY, 8th , 2015.
This civil application is filed for dispensing with objections relating to court fee. It is contended that out of the original 18 petitioners, only 12 petitioners have approached this court and the court fees for 12 appellants each is paid along with this appeal. The contention appears to be correct. The court fee is directed to be paid so far as the appellants who are parties to this appeal are concerned. Civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause. CAZ 597/2012.
The application for early hearing to be considered in June, 2015.
