DATED : 05-10-2018 The submission of the learned Counsel Smt. Patil is that the orders dated 26-8-2016 in Writ Petition 4214/2005 and Writ Petition 3621/2004 are not complied fully. This submission is rebutted by the learned Counsel for the contemnors Shri A.M. Sudame. It is further stated that the petitioner has already preferred application under Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 to recover the alleged short fall.

In this view of the matter, the contempt petition is disposed of.
