JUDGMENT
(PER : A.S. CHANDURKAR, J.) RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith and heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The only prayer made in the Writ Petition is for a direction to be issued to the Scrutiny Committee to expeditiously decide the tribe claim of the petitioner. The petitioner is a student and desires to pursue her further education.

In these facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the Scrutiny Committee to expeditiously decide the petitioner's tribe claim. To enable such adjudication, the petitioner shall appear before the
WP 1092-2021 Judgment Scrutiny Committee on 01/07/2022. The Scrutiny Committee shall complete the process of verification within a period of eight months from that date.
