This is an application for withdrawal of the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant. The claim is objected by the learned Counsel for the appellant on the ground that in law, the appellant is not liable to pay the compensation. 2.

The claimants are permitted to withdraw the amount of 50% deposited upon furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of Registrar (Judicial).
