The Commissioner, Commissionarate Handicap Welfare, Maharashtra State shall endeavour to decide the proposal dated 24.07.2019 moved by the District Social Welfare Officer, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur, seeking approval to Graduate Pay Scale admissible to the petitioner, in view of the Government Circular dated 05.02.2019, expeditiously and preferably within six weeks from today.

The petition is disposed of in the above terms.
