This is an application filed on behalf of the original non-applicants in civil revision application which stood disposed of by order dated 4.4.2017. The prayer for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.16,80,000/- deposited in this Court has been made on the basis of an agreement between the parties annexed to this application, which is a joint pursis filed in Writ Petition No.6951 of 2017. As per the terms of the said agreement, the non-applicants in the original civil revision application are seeking permission to withdraw the amount. The applicants in the original civil revision application have no objection to this prayer. Hence the prayer is granted. Accordingly, this application is allowed in terms of the prayer made in this application. JUDGE halwai
