Shri R.R. Vyas, Advocate for the respondents has filed affidavit sworn by the respondent No.1 on 29-07-2016, stating that the amount payable to the petitioner has been paid. In the reply filed on 07-06-2016 the respondents have tendered unconditional apology. The unconditional apology is accepted and in view of the fact that the amount is paid by the respondents to the petitioner, in my view, the notice issued in the proceedings is required to be discharged.
