The civil application and the misc. civil application are accordingly allowed, however, the appeal stands dismissed against the respondent no.6.

The appellant shall remove the office objections till 20.02.2015, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court with costs of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to be paid by the appellant to the respondents.
